MiraiX (MJ Life Solutions, Kuala Lumpur) collects the details and photo on this form to make your card, post your NFC card to you, contact you about your order, and publish your card page. Payment and your delivery address are handled by Stripe; we never see your card or bank details. Everything you put on the card is shown publicly once it goes live, so only add what you're happy to share. Orders are stored privately and only MiraiX can see them; unpaid orders are deleted after 7 days. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing. To see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw consent, WhatsApp +60 11-1054 4176 or email mjhaw.aifuture@gmail.com.
