Frequently asked questions常见问题
01Do people need to install an app?对方需要下载 App 吗？
No. They tap your card and your page opens in their browser.不用。碰一下卡，名片就在浏览器打开。
02Does it work on iPhone and Android?iPhone 和 Android 都能用吗？
Yes. iPhones from the XS onwards read NFC with a tap, and so do most Android phones from the last few years, as long as NFC is switched on.可以。iPhone XS 以后的型号碰一下就能读 NFC，近几年的 Android 手机大多也可以，只要 NFC 是开着的。
03I changed my number or job. Do I need a new card?换了电话或工作，要换卡吗？
No. The card only holds a link. Update your page and every tap shows the new details.不用。卡里只存一个链接，资料一改，下次碰卡就是新的。
04Will people actually tap it?对方真的会碰卡吗？
Most phones from the last few years read NFC; you just hold the card near the top of their phone. If someone's NFC is switched off, send them your card link with the Share button on your page; it opens the same page.近几年的手机大多能读 NFC，把卡靠近对方手机上方就好。万一对方的 NFC 没开，用名片页面上的「分享」按钮把链接发给他，打开的是同一个页面。
05Is my data safe? Can someone copy it from the card?资料安全吗？会不会被盗？
The card only holds a link to your page, nothing else. Your page shows only what you choose to put on it, and your order details are handled under Malaysia's PDPA.卡里只存一个链接，没有其他资料。名片页面只显示你选择公开的内容，订单资料按马来西亚个人资料保护法（PDPA）处理。
06Do I have to write everything myself?内容要我自己写吗？
No. On the order form, jot down what you offer and why clients pick you, in any language. MJ works out what makes you stand out and writes your services and selling points onto your card. Edits are unlimited in the first year if you'd like anything changed.不用。在订购表格里随便写下你提供什么、客户为什么选你，中英文都可以。MJ 会整理出你的卖点，帮你把服务和特点写进名片。第一年无限次修改，想改随时说。
07Can it show my licence or agency code?可以显示执照或代理编号吗？
Yes. The order form has a field for it, and it's shown small at the bottom of your card, like on the advisor sample.可以。订购表格有这一栏，会以小字显示在名片底部，就像保险顾问示范名片那样。
08How long until I get my card?多久可以拿到卡？
Your NFC card is posted within 3–5 working days after you pay, free anywhere in Malaysia. Your card page usually goes live before the card arrives, so you can start sharing your link straight away.付款后 3–5 个工作天内寄出 NFC 实体卡，全马包邮。名片页面通常在卡寄到之前就上线，你可以先分享链接。
09What if I lose the card?卡弄丢了怎么办？
Your page keeps working through its link. WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a new card for you.你的名片页面照常运作，链接一样能用。WhatsApp 我们，我们帮你安排新卡。
10What happens after the first year?第一年之后呢？
It renews automatically at RM79 a year, charged to your card on the date you bought it, so editing and the full design carry on. If you cancel, your card keeps working with a basic page.每年在购买日自动从你的卡扣 RM79 续费，继续修改、保留完整设计。取消续费的话，卡照样能用，显示基本版名片。
11How do I cancel the renewal?怎么取消续费？
Any time before your renewal date: use the manage-renewal link on your order page and in your emails, or just WhatsApp us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep the full card until the end of the year you've paid for.续费日之前随时都可以：用订单页面和电邮里的「管理续费」链接，或直接 WhatsApp 我们帮你取消。已付的那一年照常使用完整名片。
12Can I get a refund?可以退款吗？
You approve a preview of your card before you pay, so designs aren't refundable. A faulty card is replaced free.付款前你已经看过并确认名片预览，所以设计不设退款；实体卡有瑕疵，免费更换。
